Disclaimer Global Cell Communications is an authorized dealer for TELUS and Koodo products and services. While we represent and sell TELUS and Koodo offerings, we operate independently and are responsible for the content and transactions on this website.

By using this website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with others' use of the site.

3. Product and Service Information

We strive to ensure the accuracy of all product and service information listed on our site. However, all TELUS and Koodo services are subject to their own terms, conditions, and availability. Final approval, pricing, and plan eligibility are determined by TELUS or Koodo.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Phones :

  • Phones (excluding prepaid devices) can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of purchase.
     
  • Returned devices must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories.
     
  • All new postpaid phones include a 1-year manufacturer’s repair warranty, unless otherwise specified.
     
  •  Warranty is void if physical or liquid damage is detected, unless you purchased an extended warranty through Apple or Device Care Complete — in that case, warranty claims must be made directly through them.
     

SIM Cards & Fees:

  • SIM cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
     
  • The Phone Setup Fee / Admin Fee is non-refundable.
     

Accessories:

  • Most accessories (excluding Bluetooth headsets) have a 14-day return period, unless otherwise specified.
     
  • Screen protectors do not come with a bubble-free guarantee and are non-replaceable when:
     
    • Repairing a phone under warranty, or
       
    • Exchanging a DOA (dead-on-arrival) phone.
       
  • Returns must be in original, undamaged packaging.
     
  • Warranty claims for accessories must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
     
  • Cases are non-refundable once used.
     
  • Special order accessories that are pre-paid are non-refundable.
